2005 Chateau Carbonnieux;
Pale golden colour, closed first, then some tropical fruits before a truly marvelous minerality comes beneath. Fresh acidity that play perfectly with the minerality, very elegant, some smokey, flinty notes, cirtus, orange peel, and apricots, very lon mineraly finish. Beautifull now, but will keep.91
