99 Bahans HB

1999 Château Bahans Haut-Brion;
Ruby, closed first, needed an hour in decanter, then exploding in fruit and intensity, prunes, leather, smoky minerals and terracotta, complex and lively. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, beautiful balance, long length. 90

(Went perfectly with moose)
