80 Mouton

1980 Château Mouton Rothschild;
A level fill, cork almost soaked, bright ruby, thin brick rim. Leather, cedar, extremelly elegant and complex nose, blackcurrants, pure and almost perfumed. Fresh acidity, a bit lean and sour cherry fruit, tannins ripe, far better on the nose than in the mouth, but that nose is exceptional Pauillac, good length. 87
