Deep
ruby, garnet rim, massive sediments. Starting out a bit sweet plummy
and jammy but gaining a better focus after about fourty minutes in the
glass. Plums, tar, cherries and liquorice nose. Fresh acidity, high of
ripe and fairly soft tannins, giving it a rounded backbone, fruity and
fullbodied, long finish. 91
