Pale lemon yellow, small bubbles. Fruity, apples, and a slight mineral nose. Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, bit sweet, almost a drier Moscato feel to it. 83

2009 Elixir:
Ruby. Cassis, floral, nuanced and scented nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, rounded, almost creamy texture, bit modern style but balanced, good length. 87
