Cremant de Bordeaux and 1989 Loire

Pale lemon yellow, small bubbles. Fruity, apples, some brioche behind. Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, more detailed than earlier, fruity. 83

1989 Couly-Dutheil Clos de l'Olive
Ruby, garnet rim. Cassis, bell peppers, some figs. Fruitier and more scented than last bottle. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, figs, letaher, some herbs behind, good length. 89
