2009 Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet:
Served
blind. Pale lemon yellow. Grapefruit and a bit warm nose of yellow
apples. Fruity. Lazy acidity, creamy palate, minerals beneath and the
only thing holding it together and at least fairly refreshing. I was on
white Rhône with a Grüner Veltliner nose. Atypical to say the least. 87
2002 La Chablisienne Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Millieu:
(Magnum) Pale lemon yellow. Elegant, minerals, apples and pear
nose. Subdued but more intense with air. Fresh acidity, elegant and
lively palate, delicate minerality, refreshing and nuanced, long finish.

2004 Louis Carillon Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles:
Pale lemon yellow. Elegant nose, nuanced and a bit subdued. Easy
to oversee. Fresh acidity, again elegant and quite refined, youthful
expression for the vintage, long. 92
2008 Lequin-Colin Corton-Charlemagne Back To The Roots:
Only 194 bottles made of this non filtration, bottling directly
from barrel and bio or ecological wine. Pale lemon yellow. A rich CC
nose, fruity and powerful, yellow fruits, intense and almost smoky
minerals, fennel and orange blossoms on the nose. Fresh acidity, elegant
and nuanced, lovely balance and an almost creamu finish. Refreshing and
long. 94
