1989 Château Poujeaux:
Ruby, garnet rim. Some aristocratic
notes over more rough Bordeaux nose. Cedar and floral touch, cassis and
wood. Fresh acidity, still tough tannins. The ripeness of the vintage
shines through here and there, feels younger than it is. Excellent fill
in bottle, perfectly stored bottle. Does it have enough fruit for the
structure? 89
