2004 Pol Roger Vintage
Pale lemon yellow, small bubbles. Apples, yeast, minerals, freshly baked bread nose. Fresh acidity and mousse, elegant, lively, nuanced and leaner palate, bit tight now, focused, slightly bitter finish. 92

2007 Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserva Il Poggio:
Ruby. Scented, liquorice, nuanced, nose, deeper, cherries nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fresh, structured, long finish. 92

2008 Pira Barolo Marenca:
Bright ruby. Scented. Fruity, liquorice and cherries nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, refreshing, fruity, cherries and liquorice finish, long. 90

2008 Cappelano Barolo Pie Rupestris Nebioli Otin Fiorin:
Bright ruby. Figs, anise, leather, subdued nose. High acidity, high of ripe tannins, intense palate, tannins dries the finish a bit, long. Wait five years. 91

2008 Cappelano Barolo Pie Franco Nebioli Otin Fiorin:
Bright ruby. Nuanced, layered and elegant nose, scented and floral. High acidity, high of ripe tannins, fruity, pure, liquorice, fruity and long, lovely. 93
