2007 Château Beauregard:
Deep ruby, Just a whiff of violets and roses high above blackberries, blueberries and plums. Vanilla and white chocolate. Many Saint-Emilions are fine in 2007, as they are more focused, less rich and alcoholic than some warmer vintages. I was a bit afraid that this would be to cool, to green. It isn't. Its beautiful! Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, elegant and fruity, mouthwatering even, a pleasure now. Luckily I have a few more bottles, this was a real treat. 90
