1982 Chateau Mouton Rothschild;
Deep ruby, thin brick rim, A level fill, soaked cork. Some dark fruits, floral notes, some green paprika, tobacco, herbs, some liquorice, even leather behind. Great structure, fresh acidity, a bit hollow on the mid palate, very long length. Not as lively and delicate as one bottle a few weeks back, this seems less developed, and maybe not as well stored? This had also travelled further just a week before. Lots of things that could have played a part. 93
