Ruby with garnet rim, A level fill, soaked cork, lots of sediments. Bright, beautifull ruby, garnet rim. What a nose, tobacco, sweet dark fruits and perfumed, floral and blackcurrants, expensive leather, actually a bit on the lean side, quite surprising, especially with that sweetish hint at first, very mature compared to the 86, fantastic structure, it has some very youthfull atributes, the structure and some of the overlying fruit tones seems very youthfull, but underneath there is this leather, starting prunes and sweeter black berries, even plums. Superb now. 96
