1999 Château Haut-Bages Libéral:
Ruby. Starting cedar, cassis, some leather, fairly detailed and classic Pauillac with just starting maturity. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fresh, fruity, ever so slightly sour touch just to make it more easy to enjoy, fairly rounded, vanilla flavour but not oaky with a few hours of air.
