04 Andrew Will, Ciel du Cheval
2004 Andrew Will, Ciel du Cheval Vineyard;
Deep ruby, lots of sediments. Youtfull, young and quite pure after some air. Some sweetness from the alcohol of 14,6% on the nose over dark and red fruits, leather and hints of vanilla. Even minerals. On the palate, there is no alcohol, good acidity, ripe tannins and elegant balance, refreshing feel and nice texture, very good length. 90

2004 Andrew Will, Sheridan Vineyard, Washington State;
Deep ruby, thin garnet rim, coffee, stable, ripe plums, cassis, green leaves, vanilla, quite intence. Good acidity, very ripe tannins, well balanced, love the structure, a bit on the sweet side on the fruit, very dark berries, blackberries and liquorice, good length. 89

2005 Andrew Will, Horse heaven Hills, Champoux Vineyard;
Deep ruby with ruby rim, dark plums, chocolate, slightly jammy, vanilla and very complex. Fresh acidity, good balance and structure, very elegant and lively and good intensity on the fruit, ripe tannins, very long finish. Ad easily another ten years to this one. 90

Deep ruby, light fruity nose with some vanilla, hints of Bordeaux, violets and floral notes. Good acidity, well balanced, lots of ripe tannins, a bit rustic and ruff finish. 88
2007 Bonny Doon, Monterey County, Ca'del Solo Estate Vineyard, Albarino;
Pale straw yellow, clean, fresh fruit, lovely acidity, elegant and cool fruit, very fresh and good albarino. 81
2005 Cadence Ciel du Cheval Vineyard, Red Mountain;
Deep ruby, some blackcurrants (Bordeaux blend), very sweet fruit, but fresh. Not the most complex, but still good. 84

Deep ruby, very complex, almost Bordeaux like nose, cedar, blackcurrants, coffee, hints of mocca and chocolate, medium body, very young still, great and fresh acidity, lots of ripe tannins, good fruit intencity, keep. 93
