2012 Antinori Pèppoli Chianti Classico
Bright ruby. Red berries, darker fruits, some dusty notes nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, red berries palate. 83

2010 Villa Antinori
Bright ruby. Red berries, light floral note and anise nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity, leaner, fresh, fairly elegant. 84

2012 La Braccesca Vino Nobile di Montepulciano
Bright ruby. Red berries, blueberries, light floral note, fruity, leather and some vanilla. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity, ripe, fresher red berries fruit than earlier vintages I've tasted of this, some vanilla and woody finish. 86

2013 Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato
Ruby. Vanilla, spices, dark fruits, woody nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity mid palate, then drier and woody finish. Warm and spicy finish. 84

2011 Marchesi Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva
Ruby. Cherries, chocolate, some spices and red berries nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, leaner palate, somewhat dry and woody with elegant fruits on top. 86

2012 Antinori Tignanello 80 S 15 CS 5 CF
Ruby. Red berries, fruity, some cherries, somewhat lighter nose, light scented note. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity if leaner, red and darker berries, some vanilla, spices, cherries, some drier notes in the finish. 88

2012 Guado al Tasso Bolgheri
Deepish ruby. Dark fruits, ripe, some vanilla, spices, red berries behind, coffee and chocolate, scented. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity, ripe, spices, chocolate, dark fruits, vanilla and spices. Woody and warm finish (14,5). 90

2011 Solaia
Deepish ruby. Dark fruits, spices, vanilla, blueberries, cherries and morellos. Intense. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity, juicy with wood, vanilla and spices up front, seems to hold off the barrel notes better than some of the later vintages, long. 92
