Veldig tight og stram.

Ettersom min ipad plutselig slettet alle notater natt til fredag og fredagens og gårsdagens arbeidmed å prøve å fremhente dem igjen ikke har gitt resultater blir det en annerledes runde med smaksnotater. Jeg har brukt hele formiddagen på å prøve å gjenskape notatene så godt det lar seg gjøre. Jeg vil etter beste evne gjengi mitt inntrykk av vinenes kvaliteter og stil. Der jeg er noe mer usikker på hva jeg gav av poeng vil poengsum bli gitt i et spekter, for eksempel 91-93 poeng. Dette blir selvsagt mindre presist enn vanlig, og det ble smakt hele 66 viner denne dagen. Noen stikker seg bedre frem i hukommelsen enn andre, men en god del av vinene husker jeg ganske godt, andre som om jeg har vinen i glasset nå. På flasker jeg er noe mer usikker på har jeg sjekket opp mot eldre notater på samme vin, om jeg har smakt den før. Here we go!
