2007 Château Olivier blanc

This château is surging forwards in quality and on the whole, the more recent vintage the better. But 2007 white Pessac-Léognan is something you should run and put in your cellar while there's still any around, and Olivier is probably the best value of them all. Superb wine.

  2. Hei, etter at bloggen fikk nytt oppsett i hvordan bloggene legges ut er det blitt vanskeligere å følge med på kommentarer og spørsmål. Ja, det er veldig kort, jeg smakte en flaske for to uker siden og den er fremdeles veldig ung. Denne tåler fem til ti år, enkelte rundt bordet hevdet lengre, men jeg liker hvitviner med sitruspreget tydelig tilstede.
