Natural cork; Towards golden colour. Wax, honey, some oxidised apples, minerals and peach, maturing. Nuts. Fresh acidity, fruity, nuts, oxidised apples, mature and tiering. I would reject this one.

Screw cap; Pale lemon yellow. Grapefruit, minerals, flinty, fruity, very youthful nose. Fresh acidity, fresh and fruity, leaner palate, focused, fresh finish, long. 90

Natural cork; Pale golden. Honey, minerals, grapefruits, pears nose. Fresh acidity, ripe and fruity, maturing, lemons minerals finish. 90

Ruby, pink rim. Fruity, scented, vanilla red berries, violets nose. Freshish acidity, ripe tannins, fresh and fruity, charming palate. Not fully together in the finish.
2013 Merlot Vicar Classique French oak Medium toast
Ruby, pink rim. Vanilla, spices and some blueberries behind. Freshish acidity, ripe tannins, fruity and soft before more structured and woody finish, almost bitter.
2013 Merlot Seguin Moreau American oak Medium toast
Ruby, pink rim. Vanilla, some toast, light chocolate and fruity nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, leaner fruit, more focused and detailed but also fatter vanilla and more woody.
