88 Trotanoy

1988 Château Trotanoy:
Ruby, garnet rim. A bit tight first but opening up quicker than last bottle a few months back. Blueberries, leather, some prunes and a scented and floral nose with air. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, leaner body that became more rounded and elegant after about an hour, but always retain the slight austerity of the vintage. Long. 92
