Pale lemon yellow, small bubbles. Apples, minerals, fruity nose with seafront minerality, brioche. Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, crisp and fresh, fairly detailed but a bit short. 80

2011 Bouchard Père et Fils Chassagne-Montrachet
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, vanilla and butter nose. Fresh acidity, fresh and lively palate, somewhat leaner for the vintage, bit more focused. But also somewhat creamy, good length. 89
