Ruby with orange rim, good fill. Liquorice, chocolate, hints of cherries, elegant nose after 15 min in decanter, tar, leather, roses, perfume, hung meat and dried fruits. Beautifull acidity, very fresh and cleaning, some herbs, a bit leaner but very fresh finish. 88
2005 Ghemma Barolo;
Ruby, garnet rim, perfumed, slightly like cheap sope, slightly floral and artificial rose scents. Nice acidity, some tannins, nice fruit, more typical in the mouth, but a bit boring and short finish. 72
