2011 Samuel Billaud Chablis:
Pale lemon yellow. Yellow apples, flinty minerals and some floral high notes nose. Fresh acidity, lean and more focused palate, clean minerals and lemons, good length. 88

2010 Duplessis Chablis:
Pale lemon yellow. Minerals, apples, some butter notes far behind on the nose. Fresh acidoty, fruity, elegant, refreshing, lime and lean mineralic nerve going through it, balanced and elegant, good length. 89

2010 Duplessis Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons:
Towards lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, some toast, yellow fruity nose, elegant. Ever so slight nutty note. Fresh acidity, almost creamy texture, refreshing and lively, beautiful balance, long finish. 92
