2011 Delorme Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs:

Watery with almost golden hue, small bubbles. Some yeast and brioche, minerals and touch of nuts. Fresh acidity, leanish mousse, fairly elegant and good balance, bit easy. 85

2010 Delorme Cremant de Bourgogne Cuvée Terroir d'Exception:

Watery lemon yellow. Crisp, fruity, minerals, lemons and green apples nose, some yeast notes. Fresh acidity, medium mousse, elegant and refreshing if a bit easy, good length. 86
