Three from Henriot

Henriot Brut Souverain:
Pale golden, tiny bubbles. Apples, brioche, minerals, maturing notes, autolyses, elegant nose. Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, fresh and lively, complex, lovely balance, long. 89

Henriot Blanc de Blancs:
Pale lemon yellow, tiny bubbles. Apples, yeast, touch of nuts, fresh nose, maturing notes. Fresh acidity, lively mousse, fresh and playful, elegant, mouthwatering, long finish. 90

1998 Henriot Cuvée des Enchanteleurs:
Pale lemon yellow, small bubbles. Cool nose, focused, almost like a winter morning and the cold bites you in the nose, pure minerality, unripe yellow apples. Fresh acidity, lively, fruity, refreshing, leaner palate, focused, nuanced and layed, long and refined, not a blockbuster, this is about details. 93
