Two Weinbach's

2007 Weinbach Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg, Cuvee St. Catherine;
Pale lemon yellow, fantastic nose, minerals and ripe grenn and yellow apples, some pear and yellow plums. Rich, yet elegant, balanced and complex with fresh acidity. Keep for a long time. 90

2004 Weinbach Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg Selection de Grains Nobles;
Pale golden yellow, a bit closed on the nose, some orange, minerals, apricots and pineapples, good acidity, nice balance, and good mouthfeel, but doesn't really thrill much. And then you swallow. The aftertaste is like magic, fantastic in it's complexity, balance, purity, and transparency, super elegant, fresh. Heaven. 94 for now.
