2011 Poggio Antico Lamartine Toscana IGT:
Ruby. Fruity nose. Blueberries and cherries, thyme behind. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, slightly leaner palate, good length. 88

2007 Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino:
Bright ruby. Licorice, blueberries and cherries. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity and pure feel Brunello even if not overly complex. Quite long. 89

2007 Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino Altero:
Bright ruby. Scented, licorice, cherries, touch of chocolate. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, lovely fruit and balance, layered, long. 90+

2006 Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino Riserva:
Ruby, garnet rim. Licorice, cherries and scented notes. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity palate, needs cellar ageing for me, long. 92
