Alsace Grand Crus tasted with some VT and SDGN
Wines are not in the order they were tasted, but put besides other wines of the same estate. After some seventy Alsace wines was tasted yesterday, 2011 seem to have a lovely balance and a rounded body, but some also (for me) lack a bit of acidity and playfulness. 2010 can on the other hand be very lively and refreshing while 2009 seems a bit rich in many cases.
