Baron-Fuente Grandes Cepages Champagne Chardonnay:
Pale lemon yellow, tiny bubbles. Apples and elegant minerality on the nose, elegant and nuanced. Fresh acidity,  elegant mousse, fresh and lively, lovely balance. Good length. 89

Baron-Fuente Grandes Cepages Champagne Meunier:
Pale lemon yellow, tiny bubbles. Slightly yellow fruits and plums on the nose, fine minerals. Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, somewhat sharper texture, good length. 88

Baron-Fuente Grandes Cepages Champagne Pinot Noir:
Towards lemon gold. Slightly smoky minerals, ripe apples. Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, somewhat leaner palate, refreshing finish. Good length. 89

Jaquesson Cuvée no 736:
Pale lemon yellow, tiny bubbles. Apples, touch of lilies of the valley and chalk. Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, refined and elegant palate, needs a bit of time for me, good length. 91
