1976 Dom Perignon;
Golden, small bubbles, excellent fill and cork. Oxidized apples, minerals, yeats and bread, butterscotch, touch of caramel. Beautifull mousse, elegant acidity, ripe fruit, some yellow plums, very elegant, perfect balance, really one of, if not the best mature DP I've had, fresh, livelly, complex, elegant, great length, has been stored since release (late 80's) in a cellar that is quite dry and 5 in winter and 18 degrees celcius in summer! 96
My father turning 60.
