1990 Domenico Clerico, Barolo Pajana;
Deep ruby, very thin orange rim, tar, touch of roses, more of truffles, intense tobacco, anis, complex, showing development, but still some woody highnotes. The acidity is so fresh it's mindblowing, with a wall of ripe tannins you barely noice behind the acidity, coffe, but again some oak, truly fantastic fruit, slightly over done with oak. 90
