2010 Raveneau and 09 Comte Armand



2010 Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru Forêt:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, citrus, intense but also subdued and nuanced nose. Fresh acidity, fruity and lively, elegant, quite nuanced, lovely balance and texture, long. 91

2009 Comte Armand Pommard Clos des Epeneaux:
Bright ruby. Fruity, intense and rich nose, dark berries, layered and complex. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity, rounded and superb balance, long finish. 93

2009 Château de Meursault Pommard 1er Cru Epeneaux:
Bright ruby. Leaner nose of strawberries, some herbs and oak shines through behind. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fruity first but quickly fades into a lean and rustic style, herbs and a slightly unbalanced style. 87
