Pale ,emon yellow. Apples and some yellow fruits nose. Yeasty touch. Fresh acidity, fruity, ever so slightly bitter, almost creamy texture, good length. 85

Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, quite elegant and nuanced nose. Fresh acidity, fruity but also lean. Focused, almost sharp, good length. 86

Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, leaner nose, some floral notes. Fresh acidity, again leaner, touch yellow fruity and lemony, again that slightly creamy feel, good length. 89

2011 Peter Jakob Kühn Sankt Nikolaus Riesling GG:

Pale lemon yellow. Apples, cinamon, ever so slightly spicy, almost white pepper touch and yellow fruit. Freshish acidity, yellow apples, leaner palate, not quite together, good length. 87

Pale lemon yellow. Apples, ripe lemons, again some spicy notes and cinamon, ripe nose. Fresh acidity, fruity, leaner texture, elegant texture, ever so slightly hot finish, long and lean finish. 90

Pale golden. Apple cak notes, fruity, again that touch of cinamon. Fresh acidity, some petroleum, fruity, again lean, good length. 88

600 litres made. Pale pale golden with orange hue. Apples, ripe strawberries, oranges, again a touch of cinamon. Terracotta cool clay. Fresh acidity, lively, way leaner palate, wet stony touch, good length. 89

Pale lemon yellow. Apples, cinamon, apple cake, sweet and fruity nose. Fresh acidity, elegant, fruity, lively, very elegant, a spicy touch enters, clear, long finish. 92
