08 Fevre Vaudesir and Drouhin Les Clos
2008 William Fevre Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, tight and still somewhat yellow fruity nose. Fresh acidity, fresh, lively, refreshing, nuanced and mouthwatering palate, not as yellow fruity, more focused, maybe even a bit lean finish, long. 92 ****
2008 Drouhin Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos:
(Magnum) Pale lemon yellow. Minerals, apples, cinamon, apple cake touch but also steely minerality. Fresh acidity, lovely balance, refreshing, fruity and long. 92 ****
