Pale golden. Buttery apples and some vanilla almost
overshadowing flinty minerals. Fresh acidity, rich Fourchaume, balanced
and a bit up front. But also rounded. Good length. 88
2007 Banfi Brunello di Montalcino:
Ruby. Vanilla, some oak notes and cherries. Straight forward
nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, nice balance and fruit, good length.
