1999 Domaine Trapet, Chambertin Grand Cru;
Ruby red, thin garnet rim. Very youthfull, more spicy tones, need a lot of time, strawberries, pepper, vanilla, something more exotic, almost exotic in a way, like the white meat in the coconuts. Very elegant, vanilla, fantastic balance, fresh acidity, pure pinot in the mouth, some red and yellow plums, fantastic and truly elegant finish. Keep. 96
