Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals and some lime on the nose. Fresh acidity, somewhat firm, slightly bitter finish. 84

2011 Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Montmains:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, some lemons and yellow fruits on the nose. Fresh acidity, firm, focused, slight bitter touch, rounder body, good length. 87

2011 Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, flinty, a touch floral on the nose. Fresh acidity, firm and focused, again that somewhat bitter touch on the palate, good length. 89

2011 Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Sechet:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, lemons, minerals and floral notes. Fresh acidity minerals, fruity, lemony, touch of grapefruit, good length. 89

2011 Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, flinty, some citrus, back in a firmer style. Fresh acidity, lemony and apples, subdued notes that isn't quite comming through at the moment, very mineraly, long. 90

2011 Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru Grenouilles:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, citrus, fuller nose, complex, touch of bergamot and flowers. Fresh acidity, lovely balance, refreshing and elegant, fruity, elegant minerals, nuanced and long. 91

2011 Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos:
Pale lemon yellow. Scented, orange blossoms, lemon zest, minerals, subdued and layered nose. Fresh acidity, lively and elegant, slight bitter touch, rounded, lovely balance, long. 92

2010 Louis Michel Chablis 1er Cru Les Forêts:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, lemons, minerals, fruity nose after the '11's fresh acidity, fruity, elegant, quite lively, lovely balance, good length. 89

2010 Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir:
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, lemons, minerals, some yellow fruits and a slightly fatter note of butter behind. Fresh acidity, fruity and lively, elegant, refreshing,  long finish. 91
