1999 Chateau Talbot;
Ruby with ruby rim. Mature nose, some secondary aromas allready, coffee, chocolate, leather, some leaf, slightly warm fruit. Ok acidity, ripe atnnins, very mature for it's age, some dried fruits, drying a bit in the finish, good length. 84
1990 Chateau Talbot;
Ruby, brick rim. Perfumed black tea, like a real good breakfast Earl Grey, then leather, bell peppers and perfume. Hints of dried fruits in the back. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, quite soft and wll balanced, good length. 88
1961 Chateau Talbot;
Fill top shoulders, about 2,5 cm bellow cork in old Cordier bottle. Cork soaked, but not dry. Pale ruby, orange rim. Very mature, some leather, leaves, some forest floor, slight iodine, dut and minerals. Medium body and intensity, elegant but a little thin, nice sour finish, good length. Medium acidity, tannins long gone. Not drying up yet, but past it's best. 86
