Mosel notes.

1998 Fritz Haag Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese;
Golden yellow, grat mineral, mature apples, some petroleum, apricots and citrus. Great acidity, like chewing apples, very well balanced, complex in it's own tender way, but still intence, fantastic finish. 93

2002 Hubertushof, Trittenheimer Altärchen Riesling Eiswein;
Dark golden colour. Lots of apples and mineral under tones, raspberry jam, some apricots and nice fresh nose. Very sweet, the acidity does not quite handle the residual sugar and the palate does not follow up on the great nose. But a very good wine still. 83
