Laroche, Margaux and Mission.

2003 Domaine Laroche Les Blanchots Chablis Grand Cru Reserve de l'Obedience;
Golden yellow, some smoked aromas, minerals, some butter, apples and some exotic fruits, and floral notes. Soft acidity, but does manage to pull through, just. A bit tropical aftertaste. Complex and balanced, but not a very typical Chablis. 89

1999 Chateau Margaux;
ruby with garnet rim. Still youthfull and elegant. Some minerals, floral notes, elegant blackcurrants, some violets, cigars and tobacco. Good acidity, ripe tannins, starting to mature, great balance and elegant complexity. Enjoy now or keep another 10 years, maybe more. 91

2001 Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion;
Dark ruby, ruby rim, a bit closed an thight knit at first, then opens up to some forest floor, minerals and after some more minutes in the glass, great bell peppers, blackcurrants and liquorice. Good acidity as all 01's, ripe tannins, increadibly elegant, everything in balance and well integrated, very long finish. 93
