Deep ruby. Vanilla, slightly dry wood and rustic behind blueberries, leather and black tea. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins. Over- oaked but most got rounded off after twenty minutes decanting. Has potential, and this is the only vintage I've tasted from this property. Good length. 87
2006 Château Clos Bel Air:
Deep ruby. Blueberries with vanilla and raspberries. Cinamon. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fresh and red berries palate. Should have an hour in decanter. Good length. 88
