2010 Markus Molitor Bernkasteler Lay Riesling Auslese***
Pale lemon yellow. Apples, lime and minerals on the nose, so pure and fresh. Lively and high acidity, playing along the fruit like Lang Lang on Chopin's Études op: 25 No. 2 in F Minor. Everything just seems so light, transparent, refreshing and seemlesly well put together, even if your teeth will run for their bare life if you drink this wine every day. Elegant, very long, and very playful. 95
