Bright ruby, garnet rim. Lean nose of strawberries and somewhat leafy. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, lean and and a bit herbal. 85

2009 Liger-Belair Nuits-Saint-Georges Charmotte:
Pale ruby. Stable and strawberries nose. Fresh acidity, rich, ripe tannins, lacks some vitality at this stage, doesn't quite feel as its on top. Maybe a slightly off bottle? Anyway a good wine. 89

2002 Magnien Morey-St-Denis Millandes:
Pale ruby. Fruit-driven and mature nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, stone fruit finish, good length. 88

Bright ruby. Scented nose of strawberries and raspberries. Some spices. Refreshing acidity, ripe tannins, playful, elegant and long. 91
